Update v1.10.1 — Recurring Rivals, Physical Evidence Photos, Sentencing UI Overh

⚖️ New Content

Recurring rival attorneys: Three named defense attorneys and three named prosecutors now occasionally take the opposing seat, each with their own fixed look. Repeat encounters are reflected in dialogue, and veterans you've faced many times push harder in argument.
Grounds for the Ruling: Before finalizing a sentence, choose the primary reason behind it (severity, remorse, sentencing guidelines, public opinion, or evidence) — recorded in your case archive.
Public reaction feed: After sentencing, three randomized, social-media-style citizen reactions appear based on the outcome.
Evidence completeness affects sentencing: The more submitted evidence you reject or skip reviewing, the narrower your latitude for an extreme sentence (death penalty, life imprisonment, etc.) becomes.

🖼️ Physical Evidence Photos & CCTV Freeze-Frames

Evidence detail views now show an actual "photo" of the item — knives, guns, drugs, cash, phones, poison, rope, arson tools, blunt weapons, blood/DNA vials, vehicles, and more are automatically recognized and rendered as a photo in a white evidence envelope.
CCTV evidence now shows a grainy surveillance freeze-frame with a silhouette figure instead of a plain camera emoji.

🎨 UI Overhaul

Title screen now uses a two-column layout on wide PC screens (logo/status on the left, menu on the right), with larger buttons and icons.
Final sentencing buttons are now taller, evenly centered on screen, with icons and rounded modern styling.
Fixed a layout bug where the supplementary-penalty (forfeiture, suspension of qualification) panel's text overlapped; checkboxes are now large, clearly separated cards.

🎵 Sound

Added a dedicated music track that plays only during the defendant's final statement.
