Wat up slappas.

Pushed out few lil updates over past couple days with some changes.
Now have BGA in the play field horizon with the first song to include it being POWERless by sparrows dream!

The BARE difficulty is not always the easiest chart by difficulty level! This one is on the tougher end with some interesting cross-hand tech.

Overall:

• Updated BGM (much more relaxed, laidback, and groovin'. credits to baredex)
• Updated play mode visuals
• 'Retro Filter' off by default, toggle in header
• Steam user integration
• Added BGA to play mode (songs without BGA show their jacket art)
• Adjusted song selection screen
• Manual frame limit option
