Game Hotfix - Build Number: 1.0.21625.F

Hello hello all!

Another small hotfix today fixing an issue with the Nomad Settler start, with the following bugfix.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue with upkeep being incorrectly computed when using the "Nomad Settler" game start.(This hotfix corrects the problem in existing savegames too.)
