Added YouTube Live Chat as a new chat source.
*Emotes are always removed for youtube live, using emote remover option would apply twitch emote remover to the text.
Bug Fixes/Stablity:
Improved voice loading stability to prevent the voice selector from failing completely when one engine errors.
Improved handling around empty or failed voice lists.
Fixed Twitch emote removal behavior.
Software could crash or fail at certain characters like '&'.
