Added Reference Voice support via the Chatterbox and Qwen3 Speech engines.
Added AI Voice Changer with RVC support, including an integrated Hugging Face browser for downloading and installing compatible voice models.
Added AI Assistance, allowing Qwen3 (Fast / Balanced / Quality) to rewrite your text using custom prompts. It can translate to any language, fix grammar, improve writing, change tone, insert jokes, and much more.
Added Resemble Enhance to the Install Manager for AI-powered audio denoising and speech enhancement.

Added OBS Window Source support.
Reorganized the General and Audio settings tabs for a cleaner layout.
