Added a basic minimap to the in-game UI. No more looking at a grey box!
Added an Unstuck button (located left of the minimap), Using this button will transport your character to the spawn point.
Fixed an issue where character positions were being interpolated incorrectly in some cases.
Pressing Esc to cancel a chat message will now also clear the message input of any text.
