Added audio settings section along with separate volume settings for player, enemies, and gun sounds
Added a slider camera shake setting
Added a toggle cursor camera setting (disabling it makes the camera only follow the player and ignores the cursors position)
Clicking outside the shop and upgrades menus now closes them
Added a "Report a bug" button to the main menu and pause menu
Changed the Pistol upgrade for the Tutorial from being Burst to Pierce (because of reasons related to the demo I'm making for Next Fest in October)
Fixed being able to upgrade the Pistol too early in the Tutorial
Fixed money saved from checkpoint being loaded in the Tutorial
Fixed the Tutorial not setting the difficulty to normal
Fixed alt+tabbing while the shop or upgrades menu is open not actually pausing the game
Fixed the shop and upgrades not closing when alt+tabbing
Fixed restarting in Wave Mode causing the intro animation to play
Fixed V-Sync toggle not actually doing... anything
Fixed Fullscreen toggle being inverted (I SWEAR IF IT BREAKS AGAIN)
Fixed Steam Cloud not being enabled (oops)
