The day the forge fix went live, the player who caught it came back with three more and confirmed the forge works. This patch is those three, plus three older asks of his. Come tell us what's still wrong: https://discord.gg/4vtUcQYTD
Gear reads honestly
- Flat damage was wildly overtuned. A rare with "+21 damage" out-hit a mythic eleven times over, because the number was written as if your delvers hit for 50 and they hit for 3 to 16. Flat damage now tops out at +5 and is the affix for low-base delvers. Jagged pieces you own re-read to their new value on load. Nothing is deleted.
- One damage line per weapon. "+% damage" no longer rolls on gear. A weapon carries one flat damage number, so two weapons compare as bigger-number-wins and THE LEDGER shows what your multipliers make of it. A saved "+%" line becomes a flat one of the same roll quality.
- The compare cards stopped hiding the ledger. Hovered piece to the right of your stats, worn piece to the left. The numbers that just moved are never under a card.
Resistance stops dying at 75%
- Resist had a hard wall at 75%, easy to reach and then every resist stat was worthless. It now curves like armor: every point helps, each a little less than the last, and there is no wall. Low resist at deep tiers no longer reads zero either. The sheet shows your resist at the tier you've chosen.
Three small things
- The stash rule, said out loud. When the stash fills mid-run, the least piece is sold and a legendary never is. The game now tells you the first time it happens, and the stash says so once it's nearly full.
- Your delver's name at the fire, in big letters, with their sign, level, and whether they march.
- A skill shows its own upgrades. Hover an active skill in the sky and its card says whether it's slotted and lists its upgrade ladder, lit and unlit.
