Fixed an issue where the player would still board the runaway "Endless Minecart" even after destroying it with an item.
Fixed an issue where consuming "Scourge Meat" to revive while at risk of losing all remaining lives would result in immediate death.
Changed the text on the "Retry" button during Endless Mode.
Adjusted the "Staggering Dodge" technique so that drunkenness is reset to zero upon use.
Slightly increased the difficulty of Normal and EX stages to align with the adjustments made to Rita.
