Update Notes for 15-Mar-21 - Enemy behaviour changes

Hi,

There are 3changes in this update.

1) Enemies have been slowed down.

2) It should be easier to drop bombs that trap enemies in dead-ends.

3) Enemies should no longer be able to walk through bombs.

There are more updates coming.
