Kraken Lair is now complete!

Thanks everyone for your patience. I'm proud to say that with this update,
you can now fight the kraken!

-Evony and Alexander can learn new skills. For Evony, she can learn Renewing Strike
at level 40. For Alexander, he can learn Pacify at level 24.

**In case you've already reached a higher level, and haven't learned either skill,
you can head over to Your Home in Windfall, go to the armor stand, and interact.**

-Switched the placement of the Goblin Tower and the Thieves' Hideout.

-When a player uses Take, Rough Up, and Lavish - the counts will be more accurate
moving forward.

-Reduced the cost to craft certain accessories. As a result:

-Reduced the sell back value of Opal, Jade, Amber, and Aquamarine Rings.
-Increased the sell value of the Halo Ring.

This was for balancing as my goal for crafting is a 33% sell back price vs
the 25% for most other items.

-Adjusted some npc dialogue and timing of certain sequences to be more natural.

**I plan on progressing the story, working on the world and desert maps, and
will try to add those bounties from last time in the next update.**
