Added eye blink to the character

Difficulty Balance (Survival Mode) :

Boss spawn rate 02"30 --> 02"00
Decreasing enemies spawn rate
Malus added after 20 minutes (- 5 Max health each 30 sec)
Increasing enemies spawn after 20 minutes (+1 each 2 minutes)

Bugfixes :

Leaderboards fixed
Some UI focus problems with the controller
Some enemies could spawn outside the map
Some spells could be reselected a second time
