Promo Wrestling World · published · build 24042356
Hey everyone! Two big quality-of-life systems this drop — you can now share your custom worlds through the Steam Workshop, and your saves ride along in Steam Cloud so you can jump between PCs. On top of that the World Editor got a proper visual pass so it's finally clean and consistent to work in. Let's get into it.
Build a world, publish it, and let everyone else play it.
• Publish straight from the World Editor — one button turns your world into a Workshop item.
• Subscribe and play — browse the Workshop, subscribe to a world, and load it right from New Game or the World Editor.
• Auto-download — subscribed worlds show up in-game, ready to start.
• Workshop status readout so you can see what's published, subscribed, and up to date at a glance.
Your saves now live in the cloud, so your dynasty follows you.
• Automatic sync — save slots sync to Steam Cloud in the background.
• Play across PCs — start on your desktop, pick up on your laptop right where you left off.
• Safe sync — deletes are tracked so a removed save doesn't come back from the dead, and a backup is taken before pulling cloud data so a bad sync can't wipe your local progress.
A top-to-bottom pass so the editor looks and feels like part of the main game — cleaner, more consistent, easier to navigate.
• Consistent tabs everywhere — every page tab across the editor now shares one look, and the selected tab is impossible to miss.
• Compact ↔ Detailed list toggle — flip any browse list between a tight, scannable list and roomier cards. Your choice sticks.
• Pick your sidebar — switch the left nav between Grouped and a flat List view, with color-tinted sections.
• Collapsible sidebar — shrink the nav to a clean icon rail; hover it to fly it back open, or lock it static. Hover any icon for its label.
• Cleaner cards and spacing — modernized panels, softer shadows, more breathing room, and the page background shows through again.
• Fixed a custom-database mix-up when starting a new game through Choose Your Path — it could load the right company's roster but pair it with a different company's identity, titles, or events. New games now lock onto the promotion you picked by a stable ID, and titles and events are scoped to that company, so the roster, titles, schedule, and promotion data all carry over together.
• Cleaner imports — better cleanup of orphaned promotions and contracts, so deleting a generated promotion no longer leaves workers stuck in the wrong state.
Thanks as always for playing and for the feedback
