We have recently confirmed cases where external programs or other abnormal methods were used to manipulate the price information of in-game products before purchasing them.
Arbitrarily tampering with product prices or payment information to purchase products at an amount different from the intended price is not a legitimate way to use the game and is an action that can affect service operations and fairness among other users.
Accordingly, we are reviewing all relevant purchase records. If it is confirmed that product prices were intentionally manipulated using external programs or that products were purchased unfairly through such means, permanent suspension will be applied in accordance with our Operating Policy.
Once the investigation and necessary actions are complete, we will provide the results of the measures, including the number of accounts subject to sanctions, through a separate notice.
We are also working on fixes and countermeasures regarding this issue to prevent any identical or similar abnormal purchases from occurring.
