NEW MECHANICS
• Office morale — a floor-wide mood meter. Feed Gerald, water Fernando Jr., fix the printer, and cover a coworker's favor to keep it up; let it slip and every caller starts a little more annoyed. Runs high enough and the floor pays you back at random (free sips, a Rajeev high-five, a vending freebie).
• Coworker reputation — Marcus, Denise, and Sofia now remember what you've done for them. High enough rep gets your queue quietly covered, your plant looked after while you're out, and a lookout when Chad tries to poach your calls.
• Call triage — a ringing line is now a decision. Answer it, transfer it to a coworker who owes you one, or bounce it straight to Tier 2.
• Callers who remember — loyalty and grudges now carry across calls. The man who hears clicking keeps score of exactly how you've treated him.
• Chad from Pod 4: the saga continues — a day-15 double-or-nothing SHOWDOWN, personal retaliation if you humiliate him twice running, and — five wins in — something almost like respect.
• Printer jam forecasting — The Hungry One now telegraphs its jams. Catch the warning and clear the feed, or ignore it and pay for it later.
• Service tiers & mastery — climb Bronze → Platinum CSAT tiers, unlock a permanent pay bump at 80% first-contact resolution, and watch complaints get more forgiving as your reputation grows.
• Career legacy — lifetime days, earned honorific titles, and coworkers who remember you across careers. Get fired, come back, and Pod 2 still saves your seat.
BUG FIXES
• Fixed: accepting a promotion into Supervisor mode could break escalation review calls entirely — the case-file flow now works correctly and no longer floods TickIt with broken tickets.
• Fixed: social engineering / impostor calls were essentially unwinnable — added an in-call FLAG AS FRAUD option and corrected the underlying caller logic so these calls resolve properly.
