BUG FIXES
• Social engineering calls are winnable again. These callers now properly impersonate a real account holder, and once their story falls apart you get a clear in-call FLAG AS FRAUD option — no more endless "give me your account number" loops with no way out. Hanging up on one is also no longer counted against you.
• Pause actually pauses. Opening the pause menu mid-call no longer lets the caller keep talking behind it.
• Dropdown menus (ticket categories, settings) now open correctly on Steam Deck / Proton / Linux.
• Fixed a KB article opened for one caller sticking around and offering an irrelevant "fix" on later, unrelated calls.
QUALITY OF LIFE
• New REVIEW ACCOUNT call option — tell the caller "bear with me a moment" and they'll wait patiently (~45s) while you look them up in CustomerDeck. No hold music, no penalty, no "don't ghost me." For when you actually need to read the account before answering.
• Callers are a bit more patient with silence in general, so looking things up mid-call feels less like a race.
BALANCE
• Your stress now matters on the day shift. Let it climb and it shows — callers pick up on your frazzled voice and start angrier. Push it to the limit and you burn out: you'll claw it back, but you're rattled for the rest of the shift. Manage it with coffee, a break, or the vending machine. Your end-of-day report now grades your Composure.
Thanks for the detailed bug reports and feedback — keep them coming.
