• Fixed a verification bug where callers who told you their name up front would hide the "verify name" option — making it impossible to complete security on customers who don't have an account number. You can now always verify the name on the account until it's confirmed.
• Clearer verification buttons: VERIFY · ACCOUNT # for account holders, and VERIFY · NAME / VERIFY · DOB / VERIFY · LAST PAYMENT for callers without an account number.
