Verifying customers who've moved
• You can now help a customer who has moved house. Previously, if someone couldn't confirm the address on file, the call dead-ended and you were forced to hang up.
• When a caller has moved and can't confirm their old address, you can now verify them with their date of birth or last payment instead, then confirm identity as normal.
• Once they're verified, a new "UPDATE ADDRESS" action records their new address on the account — and it sticks: reopen the record later (or reload your save) and the new address is there.
• Moving-house calls now consistently walk this path, and the KB article for service transfers explains how to handle it.

New achievement
• "New Digs" — verify a customer who's moved and update their address on file.

Fraud detection is unchanged — impostors still can't talk their way past the address check.
