A new update is live! This patch introduces an endgame electricity management system, balance adjustments, quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version.
Reworked camera behavior in decoration mode. Among other improvements, you can now move the camera by holding LMB or using WASD while placing shelves and aquariums.
Introduced a power consumption system for all the automated services in the late game, limiting the ability to use all of them simultaneously:
A few days after purchasing the Level 4 store, a power company representative will arrive and inform you that your automated services are using electricity illegally.
You will now have to either pay for electricity or switch some automated services back to previous-level equipment.
You can purchase or rent Ecowatts through the upgraded 'RetroSwitcher', now called the 'PowerSwitcher'.
Adjusted the AI Buyer order logic: the 'Order Amount' setting has been changed to 'Min. Order Amount'. It now defines only the minimum quantity required to trigger an order and no longer caps the order size, which previously could result in multiple separate deliveries.
Reduced the purchase price of the 'Retro Switcher' to 7,000.
Upgrading the 'RetroSwitcher' to the ‘PowerSwitcher’ increases tip bonuses from the old-school charm.
Adjusted goods distribution on the checkout conveyor belt.
Activating the basement terminal now requires a combined total of 300 Civilization and Mystery points.
You can no longer move a shelf while the kitten assistant is stocking it.
Rebalanced cash rewards for catching rare fish.
Added a new storefront facade providing a large bonus to Civilization and a penalty to Mystery. Available from Store Level 3.
Fixed an issue where the snap camera was not properly disabled during nighttime events.
Fixed an issue where the cursor could disappear during tutorials.
Fixed an issue where dialogue with Barry the Bear could trigger during the tutorial, blocking further progression.
Fixed an issue where unlocked Legends on the conspiracy website would not save.
Fixed an issue where selecting a picture on the photo stand would not register.
Fixed an issue where AI Buyer settings would reset after loading a save.
We're also released a coop beta branch on Steam for all the players to test! While this is a first time The Last Gas Station getting a multiplayer update, we really need your feedback.
