Fixed a bug where Vitality Regeneration (Warrior) and Primal Regeneration (Lycan) health regen was not accounting for vitality bonuses from talents like Titanic Vitality and Boundless Vitality if those talents were added afterward.
Fixed an issue where Moonlit Predator could proc while it was the Lycan's turn, making all skills in cd and ending the turn.
