The “On the Grid” season, inspired by Disney’s Tron: Legacy, brings glowing neon tracks with new racers to the game, including the brand-new The Portal racing environment!
Get up to speed with all the new content arriving in Season 12 additional improvements we made in our most recent Community Pit Stop.

4 NEW TRON INSPIRED RACERS

Sam Flynn, Quorra, Rinzler, and Zuse are revving up their engines to take you on an electrifying race!
Sam Flynn is a Speedster racer, Quorra is a Defender, Rinzler is a Brawler, and Zuse is a Trickster a Defender Class Racer.

Details of how to unlock each of our 4

• Sam Flynn will be unlockable via the premium tier of the Golden Pass Part 1*
• Quorra will be unlockable via the premium tier of the Golden Pass Part 2*
• Rinzler will be unlockable via the Season Tour in both Parts
• Zuse will be unlockable via the free tier of the Golden Pass in all Parts

*Requires Golden Pass Credit or purchase of €9,99/$9.99 or equivalent in local currency

TRON UNIQUE SKILLS

SAM FLYNN – LIGHT CYCLE CHAMPION

• Normal Activation: Sam uses his combat and driving skills to win the race. Sam activates the combat stance for a short period of time. He takes out his identity disc and holds it in hand (and activates combat helmet). Sam automatically throws the disc forward when he approaches any opponent close enough. Disc returns to Sam right after and can be reused.
• Charged Activation: Sam activates a hard light trail behind his kart, for a short period of time, he gains speed and leaves a trail that stuns opponents.

QUORRA – LIGHT RUNNER

• Normal Activation: Quorra fires two missiles that explode on contact, stunning opponents in a short radius and momentarily blinding opponents in a bigger radius.
• Charged Activation: Releases two bombs behind her that explode on contact or after a while, stunning opponents in a short radius and momentarily blinding opponents in a bigger radius.
This is inspired by a Light Runner driven by Quorra in Disney’s Iron: Legacy.

RINZLER – ELITE ENFORCER

• Normal Activation: Rinzler uses his gadgets to track and take down opponents. Rinzler throws his two discs. They bounce on walls and stun any opponents they touch without getting destroyed, then bounce back to him. If he catches them, he regains the skill.
• Charged Activation: Rinzler's car becomes a flying vehicle, gaining autopilot and invulnerability for a bit.

ZUSE – END OF LINE

• Normal Activation: Zuse uses his club management skills to win the race. Zuse fires a barrage of light projectiles with his walking stick, obfuscating the opponents and decreasing their speed.
• Charged Activation: Zuse starts a party with light and music and dances on his cane. The party gives a big bonus to speed, nitro fuel regeneration, and boost to Zuse and everyone around. The more people at the party, the bigger the effect.

Season 12 brings the new “The Portal” racing environment that includes 6 circuits to discover where players will go through the Datacore Drift, showcasing both the City and the Outlands part, and more!
