South Port - a new track with a harbor atmosphere, familiar to many drift fans!
Added heat haze effect from the exhaust system.
Added chat in the pause menu and spectator mode;
The chat text box now expands to display the full text at once;
Added vehicle control lock while typing in the chat;
Steering with the mouse no longer focuses the chat window;
Improved wheel spin effect on various surface types;
Added welcome voice lines/phrases across all locations.
Fixed an infinite loading issue in multiplayer rooms when a spectated player leaves;
Fixed incorrect tire rendering after installation;
Fixed the ability to remove the driver's seat when no passenger seat is present;
Restored functionality of the steering wheel rotation angle animation setting.
