Added Cosmic and Void as new tiers past Nightmare mode
Fixes
Fixed a bug where clearing Extreme's final stage for the first time (with auto-move on) didn't actually transition you into Nightmare mode
Fixed the leaderboard showing your old map/stage instead of updating once you reached Nightmare — this was a symptom of the bug above, not a separate leaderboard issue.
