Small update 1.03

Hi Crafters!

Today’s patch introduces a few new features, along with several bug fixes and improvements suggested by the community.

• The Boat Dock now allows you to recall your boat, similar to the Ship Recall Station.
• Containers, Splitters, and Mergers placed directly on a machine's input or output can now handle up to 600 resources/min, instead of being limited by the small conveyor section placed automatically to connect it to the machine. This makes Splitters a very effective way to run Miners and other machines at full capacity before unlocking faster conveyors.
• Increased the delay before the camera automatically resets its direction while driving a vehicle.
• You can now select your audio output device directly from the Settings menu.
• You can now stack as many Containers, Splitters, and Mergers on top of each other as you want.
• Fixed a tutorial issue in Co-op mode.
• Fixed an issue affecting trains.
