Hotfix — tutorial highlights, journal clicks, and stalled machines

This patch fixes three issues found since the last update.

Fixed

• The tutorial's final step highlighted conveyors pointing toward the wrong place.
• Clicks on the journal screen passed through to the game behind it.
• Machines stopped delivering dishes after their output conveyor was deleted.
