0.10.0 Major Update

A major update 0.10.0 has been released:
- Maps have been completely redone. They should have less of an impact on graphical performance while looking much better complete with textures and better lighting
- New top 10 global and friends leaderboard added to main menu
- Added new and updated models
- Ability to pay off loan with all of your remaining money
- Various minor and major bug fixes
- Localised game to simplified and traditional Chinese
