🔹 The option to hire staff You won’t have to clean up after every event yourself anymore. Hire your own staff, develop their skills and send them on training courses. A properly trained member of staff will take care of cleaning, servicing equipment and even fixing plumbing faults, saving your office from flooding.
New tabs related to staff management have appeared on the tablet. You can browse applications from candidates with varying professional experience, hire them, assign new duties and develop their specialisations. 🔹 Controller Support Full controller support has been added in Steam Big Picture mode, including support for all new features and interfaces. 🔹 Safety and Fire Protection Equip your office with smoke detectors to detect the source of a fire more quickly. You can also install fire sprinklers that will automatically extinguish the fire. Be careful, though! Sprinklers have a limited range, so their proper placement within the room is of the utmost importance. 🔹 New tenants and new requirements New tenants, new lease offers and rapidly changing room requirements have been introduced to the game. Some companies will expect more prestigious fittings and a higher standard of office. 🔹 New requirement items Smoke detectors and fire sprinklers are now fully-fledged items of equipment required by some tenants. 🔹 Quality system Until now, Quality points were merely a value displayed next to items. Now they are beginning to have a real impact on gameplay. The higher the quality of the fittings in your office, the more Fame points you receive each day. Some tenants may also require the premises to meet a certain Quality level. 🔹 Dynamic rotation of rental offers The rental market has become more dynamic. Offers on the tablet will change every few days, and their number is limited. New offers mean new opportunities to earn. From time to time, there will also be special, one-day offers of very high value.
You will be informed of all new offers and bonuses via new on-screen notifications, ensuring you don’t miss out on any attractive opportunities. 🔹 Tenants’ additional requirements Tenants who are already renting premises may occasionally request additional office equipment. Meet their expectations to receive extra remuneration. 🔹 Expanded office surroundings The area around the office has been enhanced with new facilities.
