Much better player physics on boats - no sliding, reduced jitter, camera fixed
New camera strategy "Lazy Follow" - moves less, lets you turn around, more stable
Added some vertical dead zone to the camera so jumping does not tilt camera as much
Bug fix for tiny 1-frame jumps leaving you in a state where you could not jump again
Better towing angle for small bot cart
A little better dynamics of enemy bot forces
Removed graphics settings we were not exposing in the UI - they were causing trouble
New invert Y camera controls setting
