This update focuses on smoother interactions, movement polish, and overall performance improvements, plus new community translations and a few long-requested quality-of-life tweaks.
Improved VRAM usage and overall performance.
Further performance optimizations for the Midtown Market level.
Reduced RAM usage during gameplay.
Pump interaction can now be picked up from any direction.
Added different input hints for each tool.
Added tool hints explaining how to use specific tools.
Introduced a new tool overlay effect to spot tools underwater faster.
You now need to drain inflatable barriers before picking them up.
Added a vacuum water-dumping mechanic allowing you to manually release collected water.
Fixed pump hose lag when picking it up.
Fixed vacuum bones spazzing out.
Improved pump indicator light resolution for better visibility.
Adjusted interaction logic:
Tap Pick Up briefly to activate equipment.
Hold Pick Up to actually pick it up.
Running stops immediately when you release the key.
Reduced running drift for tighter control.
Made movement in water feel more natural.
Removed headbob completely for smoother camera motion.
Added Hungarian and Czech community translations — huge thanks to everyone who helped!
Increased tutorial text size for better readability.
Updated tutorial steps to match the new interaction logic.
Added option to turn tooltips off in the settings menu.
Fixed time calculation on the end screen.
Adjusted Level 2’s perfect rating time to 15 minutes.
Added credits to the end screen.
Increased street light brightness.
Added a white outline to the player indicator on the minimap.
Adjusted mud regrow rate — Midtown Market now regrows slower.
Fixed café ceiling collision.
Improved introduction lighting on the player’s face during the toilet pan-up scene.
