This hotfix addresses two specific issues:
Addresses an issue where some players were not able to collect Mother Courage’s head.
Addresses a specific issue where some players would see a Mother Courage / Octogirl dialogue prematurely (and access Octogirl as a quest giver prematurely as well).
It's been a rough week for a lot of the hommies; hang in there guys.
