September 8
The following issues have been fixed:
1. Fixed an issue in the permanent server's monthly challenge where some task progress could not be increased (fixed on September 6).
2. Fixed an issue where the game could freeze when purchasing in the shop preview interface.
Notice on Some Hot-button Issues:
1. Explanation on the fix for the issue where dungeon mechanics could be abnormally skipped (fixed in the September 3 update): In the September 3 update, we identified and fixed several potential vulnerabilities in the combat system to improve performance and support future optimizations. These fixes were expected to be unnoticeable and not affect the experience, so they were not announced in advance. However, after the update, we discovered that one of these fixes also addressed a bug mechanic: when damage caused by the player was too high, some dungeon mechanics could be abnormally skipped. This bug mechanic objectively provided convenience for some top-tier players in terms of stats. Our original plan was to fix it later this year after dungeon challenge modes were enriched. However, since the related vulnerability was tied to the overall security and performance of the combat system, we will maintain the current, more robust and complete combat system and will not roll back the early fix. Going forward, we will also focus more on providing richer and more enjoyable combat/gameplay experiences, fundamentally addressing the fun of combat and collection/evolving, and will release Dev Blogs on combat and stat system optimization. We welcome all Metas to stay tuned.
2. Explanation on claiming Legendary Mod Crates in the Gravity Integrator game mode: Recently, we have continuously received feedback from some Metas that they were unable to claim Legendary Mod Crates normally after participating in the Gravity Integrator game mode. The investigation has now been completed. After verification, the vast majority of reported accounts actually received the corresponding Legendary Mod Crates normally. However, the current game mode rules can indeed easily cause misunderstandings in some scenarios, such as "rewards/guarantee triggered, but Mod Crate not received":
a. The weekly reward claim limit has been reached. This game mode has a weekly limit on reward claims. After reaching the limit, continuing to participate may still trigger reward displays or progress changes, but since the claim count is full, the rewards cannot be claimed at that time.
b. Once the reward claim limit is reached, you can still accumulate Guarantee Progress. In this case, if the guarantee is triggered, the Legendary Mod Crate will not be issued immediately but will be sent via in-game mail within approximately 1 day. Please keep an eye on your mailbox. Please avoid server transfers until the compensation is delivered to avoid affecting the reward issuance.
The Legendary Mod Crate is an important reward that many Metas have long pursued, and the current feedback on obtaining it is not timely or clear enough, which can indeed cause confusion. We plan to optimize the related acquisition experience in October, enhancing the timeliness and clarity of acquisition feedback. Thank you for your feedback and patience.
