Hot fix - Patch CL 2072

Added a timer to the avoidance system so characters can briefly clip through others if stuck
Fixed clients ignoring the clearance bin
Improved client pathing when returning movies to the dropbox and exiting the store
Balance the maximum number of clients in store (30 → 25)
Fixed an issue where shelves remained occupied after clients were done using them, preventing others from accessing them
Made adult movies cover darker
