Fixed bugs:

• Slot modifier info not disappearing when getting hit by lust
• Getting stuck in tutorial when buying an item too big to fit
• Using wither on an item sometimes lost focus
• Using the reroll button when hovering a reward lost focus
• Tumor being able to duplicate signature items
• Fortune Cookie reward only giving an effect to max two items

• Improved shader compilation handling
• Now Ghastly cards can't be removed by tarot slots being reduced
• Made rewards that are impossible to claim not appear
• You can use the return button to exit out of the result screen
• Added a setting for turning off the games custom cursor
• Added a codex entry for Signature Items
• Added some indicators for how to return from menus on controller
