Optimized the trigger timing of quest steps and fixed related existing issues.
Fixed an issue where the Waterwheel Bearing was not obtained after accepting the Senior Explorer quest, preventing further quest progression.
Fixed an issue in some saves where interaction would not end properly after feeding Little Sis.
Fixed an issue in Lunelle's 3-heart storyline where the game would freeze after submitting the required materials.
Fixed an issue in Alex's 3-heart storyline, The Tower of Fame and the Cat, where the cat did not appear properly in the scene.
Fixed an issue in Delphin's 5-heart storyline where interactable Tourist NPCs did not spawn in the scene.
Fixed an issue in Aurelis' 3-heart storyline where the quest was shown as paused without displaying the reason for the pause.
Fixed an issue in some saves where NPCs at maximum affection would not trigger storyline quest mails.
Fixed an issue where Stella's dialogue options did not display properly while the 404 kitten adoption quest was still incomplete.
Fixed an issue where some wall paint would be lost after sleeping or loading a save.
Fixed an issue in Build Mode where hovering the mouse over a selected wall could incorrectly revert its paint.
