Display Settings Fix
Fixed an issue where resolution and display mode changes were not applying after selecting Apply.
Improved detection of pending display setting changes.
Improved Fullscreen, Windowed Fullscreen, and Windowed mode handling.
Preserved safer display transitions and Keep/Revert confirmation behavior.
Added additional safeguards to prevent duplicate or invalid display-setting applications.
