Recent Fixes & Improvements
Increased the player’s base inventory capacity from 10 to 20 slots.
Overhauled consumable stacking so potions, food, and Claw Coatings now use a standard stack system.
Removed the old multiple uses per consumable item system.
Removed infinite-use Claw Coatings and related legacy application-count logic.
Consumables now follow a simple rule: 1 item = 1 use, with the remaining quantity shown by the item stack.
Improved consumable merge, split, sorting, pickup, and quick-slot quantity handling.
Standardized consumable rarity and item level generation so identical consumables no longer create unnecessary separate stacks.
Updated consumable inventory display to show normal stack quantities such as x5 instead of 5 use(s).
Removed outdated Applications / Infinite Uses information from consumable presentation.
Fixed an issue where inventory tooltips could display the wrong item icon when hovering an item.
Improved tooltip data handling so the item icon and tooltip information now come from the same item source.
Disabled hardware ray tracing project-wide to address renderer crashes occurring across multiple hardware configurations.
Lumen Global Illumination and Reflections remain enabled using the software/distance-field tracing path.
Added automated safeguards to prevent hardware ray tracing from being accidentally re-enabled in future builds.
Added and updated automated tests covering consumable stacking, consumption, Claw Coatings, quick slots, tooltip icons, and rendering configuration.
