Boney Fix + Bandage Passive + Easier Passive Unlocks

• Boney's mission is fixed and should unlock.
• Added the "Bandage" passive, which helps against Bleed
• Changed how specific passives unlock
• - Heat vest
• - Bubble Goose
• - Gully boots
• - Hazmat
