Added screen mode setting (Fullscreen, Borderless..)

Added Background play setting (when you Alt+tab - game keeps going if on)
Mouse scroll now has 15x better sensetivity in all UI
Zoom out in the foreround can now be wider
Rain sound no more plays when the sound is off
Tab button now switches between underground and foregroun
Completing the level without completing any quest doest brake the game anymore
