Fixed an issue where Enriched Fuel and Warp Fuel would disappear when used as fuel for reactors.
Fixed Teleporter Pad window not showing other teleporters.
Fixed Teleporter Pads not being able to be disassembled.
Fixed decorations not costing items to build.
