Hello everyone! This is the BAD STUDENT LOVE development team.
Demo version v0.1.6 is now live! In this update, we’ve focused on improving player convenience, adding quality-of-life UI features, enhancing audio/visual assets, and addressing known bugs.
⚠️ Notice Regarding Existing Save Files:
If you load an existing save file from an earlier version, you will be able to access the renewed Dialogue Box and Affection Level UI starting from the next event/scene transition.
(Rest assured, all the affection points you have accumulated so far will be fully displayed on the screen!)
🌟 New Features & UI / QoL Improvements
Real-time Affection Level UI Added
You can now check each heroine's affection level in real-time by pressing the [C] key on your keyboard or clicking the "Affection" button in the bottom menu. Track your progression and route status much more easily!
Dialogue Box Renewal & Character Thumbnails
Key characters speaking will now display a portrait thumbnail in the bottom-left corner of the dialogue box, making it easier and more intuitive to follow the flow of conversations.
Mouse Wheel Dialogue Rewind & Fast-Forward
Scroll the mouse wheel up or down to quickly rewind to previous dialogue or fast-forward text. Catch up on missed lines or breeze through seen scenes.
※ Note: You cannot rewind past interactive choices/branches.
🎬 Content & Audio / Visual Enhancements
New Tutorial & Encounter Events
Added an early-game tutorial event ("Meeting with Yeo-gyeong") to naturally introduce the new Affection UI system.
Added and reworked the first encounter scene with Woo Deok-man, including updated script lines and presentation.
Audio & Visual Upgrades
Improved ambient sound effects for better scene immersion.
Polished select event CGs and cutscene videos for crisper visual fidelity.
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Text Polishing
Ending Scene Polish: Smoothed out and refined awkward dialogue lines for Ha Ian in the demo ending.
Localization Fix: Fixed an issue where certain character names were incorrectly displayed in Korean instead of English.

이전 버전의 세이브 데이터를 불러와 플레이하시는 경우, 다음 이벤트부터 리뉴얼된 대사창과 호감도 창을 확인하실 수 있습니다.
(이전에 축적해 두신 호감도는 온전히 화면에서 확인하실 수 있으니 안심하셔도 좋습니다!)
🌟 시스템 및 UI 편의성 개선
실시간 호감도 UI 추가
플레이 도중 키보드 C 키를 누르거나 화면 하단 메뉴의 [호감도] 버튼을 클릭해 각 히로인의 현재 호감도를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있습니다. 공략 진행 상황을 더 직관적으로 확인해 보세요.
대사창 리뉴얼 및 화자 썸네일 적용
대사창 좌측 하단에 발화자의 썸네일(포트레이트)이 표시되어, 현재 누가 말하고 있는지 한눈에 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 시인성을 개선했습니다.
마우스 휠 되감기(롤백) 및 빨리감기 지원
마우스 휠을 굴려 이전 대사로 되돌아가거나 다음 대사로 빠르게 넘길 수 있습니다. 놓친 대사를 다시 확인하거나 반복 플레이 시 더 쾌적하게 진행할 수 있습니다.
※ 주의: 선택지를 통과한 이후에는 이전 대사로 되감기할 수 없습니다.
🎬 콘텐츠 및 연출 보강
신규 튜토리얼 및 조우 이벤트 추가
게임 초반 '여경과의 만남' 이벤트를 통해 호감도 UI 기능을 자연스럽게 익힐 수 있는 튜토리얼이 추가되었습니다.
'우덕만'과의 첫 조우 이벤트가 새롭게 추가되었으며, 관련 연출 및 대사가 개편되었습니다.
사운드 및 비주얼 퀄리티업
앰비언트(환경음) 사운드를 개선하여 현장감과 몰입도를 강화했습니다.
일부 이벤트 CG와 컷신 동영상의 디테일을 보강했습니다.
🛠️ 텍스트 및 버그 수정
데모 엔딩 분기에서 '하이안'의 어색했던 일부 대사를 매끄럽게 수정했습니다.
영문 환경 등에서 일부 캐릭터 이름이 한국어로 출력되던 텍스트 표기 버그를 수정했습니다.
