Bug Fixes:
Fixed one outdoor light type always being on
Fixed materials on outdoor lights applying with a delay
Fixed that you weren't able to throw away items with the cutting board
Fixed dish sometimes being placed wrong by waiter
Fixed that customer audio from other floor wasn't muffled
Fixed customer audio not playing if player wasn't in range first
Improvements:
Slightly adjusted payment for some dishes
Improved placement of dish and drink on the waiter's tray
