• Reduced Entry Cost (333 -> 99 Silver) for Memory of Honey

• Tooltip updates for Proc Items (don't show % chance if 100% chance to proc)

• Revamped Proc Projectile functionality so that items like Headwind Hailer are a lot more effective to use (accurately aims at targets even if you're moving)

• Fixed Disconnect problems related to Setpiece changes.
