Resolving more feedback from playtest
Swapped to Vulkan from d3d12 as the default (D3D12 fallback) as it resolves performance issues on certain handheld devices
Other performance related improvements (baking painting portraits). You should notice a dramatic improvement on low/mid end devices and handhelds now.
