Hotfixes

Fixed an issue where dev tools were showing in the Playtest build.

Fixed an issue where BUTT DESTROYER couldn't be played if Glutes were Injured.

I think I fixed an issue where the first hand wasn't being dealt, but let me know if it happens to you.
