- Updated venue select screen.

Controller support
- Added controller support with glyphs for Xbox, Playstation and Switch.
- If anyone has a Steam Deck please let me know how the controls feel, performance and text readability.
Settings
- Added a Settings section to the main menu, and to the pause menu.
- Settings page has four tabs: General, Graphics, Sound, and Input.
