Monitor selection, positioning controls, and auto-launch on startup!

Hey everyone,
When we said we want everyone to enjoy a custom crosshair for free, we really meant it. That involves making sure every PC can use it with ease.
Thats why we added these features in the Settings menu (F4):
- Monitor Selection
- Position Offset with arrow keys
- Auto run the app on Startup
