This should hopefully fix the issues with bombs, artillery & napalm sometimes not giving damage since last update. I'm sorry about the inconvenience.

The U.S. military is testing new hardware for perimeter surveillance at Danang. If tests are successful, a more comprehensive rollout will follow.
