Fixed some issues with health threshold abilities processing too eagerly.
Puncher Rounds damage bonus decreased from 40% -> 25%.
Mega Bomb ammo cost decreased from 7 -> 5. Cooldown decreased. Stun increased from 4s -> 5s.
Heavy Rounds damage bonus decreased from 40% -> 30%.
Gunner charge amount decreased from 15% -> 10%.
Sharpshooter crit lifelink increased from 20% -> 30%. Ammo increased from 3 -> 4.
Comet Gemstone hull restored decreased from 16% -> 15%. Activation chance decreased from 35% -> 30%.
Explosive Rounds damage bonus decreased from 40% -> 35%.
