Balance adjustments

• Weapons-Grade Uranium now gives projectiles +40% chance to inflict 1 Radiation instead of inflicting Radiation on every hit.
• Split projectiles now retain 60% damage, down from 70%.

Fixes

• Fixed Merchant's Table appearing to take gold on the first turn without creating a Gem.
• Fixed Gatling Gun firing audio continuing after combat ended.
• Fixed unavailable captains' trinkets appearing in the Trader and Random mode.
• Fixed Detonator Rounds projectiles being mislabeled in the combat log.
• Fixed a rare background lighting crash during window resize.
