Removed "Max" FPS Option: The "Max" (uncapped) framerate option has been removed from the Settings menu.
Lighting Optimization: Disabled dynamic shadows and optimized specific high-cost ambient/fluorescent lights in dense areas.

Stamina System Tuned: Adjusted player stamina drain and regeneration rates.
